February tourist arrivals in Argentina increased 9.3% over a year ago

The amount of tourists that arrived in Argentina during February increased 9.3% compared to the same month of 2010 and totalled 203,766 people, according to a government report. Read full article

    It may be that she makes it to election but then hands over the country to her Vice President.
    This may be the secret (illness) strategy to get a certain man into power.

    @3 Just for the sake of discussion, is this possible? I know it happened with Gordon Brown but in the UK we vote for a Party and the Party decides on a leader. It couldn't happen like that in the US. What is the form in Argentina?
