    This isn't DEEP INTEGRATION (sic),

    this is just the faster players on the block getting together to get better deals from the China trade and pull the game away from Brasil.

    Just what the other Pacific central/southern minnows - Ecuador, Guatamala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama - all think about this flagrant cutting to pieces the agreements of two world trading blocs . . . .
