Following a long day of open letters and press exchanges Argentina and Brazil finally agreed on the ground rules for the initiation of a ‘constructive dialogue’ to soften the trade dispute which erupted when Brazil imposed non automatic licences on imported cars, including from Mercosur’ main partner Argentina.     Yes, I think auto/parts being subject to the 60 day ruling will focus Argentinian minds on the downside of a trade war with their neighbour.
    This is one product - not the 600 products that Argentina placed these restrictions on.

    M'thinks the Argentinian lady is being disingenuous and sparing with the truth.
