Disclaimer & comment rulesI don't really understand, when Mercosur and Unasur have sub-continental and continental protocols, why individual nations have to pledge bi-lateral co-operation agreements . . . . It's almost as if SA countries don't really believe Mercosur and Unasur are up to the job !
