    Chavez should have been at the Mercosur meeting in Paraguay, as an Associate Member - He was too ill.

    CFK should have been at the Mercosur meeting in Paraguay, as a Full Member - She was too ill.

    Dilma should have been at the Mercosur meeting in Paraguay, as a Full Member - She was there although she was ill.

    How can you move Mercosur forward when the three big nation leaders are 'on their death beds'?

    Hell, it looks like the USSR in its Geriatric Era !
