Whomever in “Politics” wrote this article (or whomever interpreted it) does not know very much about Argentina. An “Argentina Parliament” does not exist; I guess that this might be the Argentina “senate”, but I´m not sure. When both parts of congress pass this bill AND wwhen it is signed by the Argentina president AND when Argentina finds the funds, perhaps some famalies MIGHT receive something. Did you see that flying pig go by??
