I cannot belive the price of real estate in New York, I was looking today at property on the www.tierraestates.com website and thinking hard about reinvesting in Buenos Aires after the election, you can buy the biggest apartment in Argentina and a good size house in Buenos Aires' Manhatten for around 3 million dollars - Buenos Aires is good value at the high end of the market, whilst small properties remain overpriced.

The prices in NYC are inflated. This is bad news for a city that is financially ruined.
