Uruguay confirmed a second round of offshore lease bidding for hydrocarbons exploration next September. Now I wonder how Argentinas offshore exploration in the Malvinas Basin....oh wait a second, they trashed their own oil companies offices and managed to get the leased exploration vessels owners to cancel the contracts.....Well who wants to operate in a country were a bunch of bearded old farts (like Martin aka Fernando Andreas) with dangerously high levels of testosterone go around trashing their own chances of oil riches in the South Atlantic on account of some rumour that the vessels were British :)Jul 04th, 2011 - 09:03 am - Link - Report abuse 0
