Rabies will be a hard one for them do wipe out because it can be carried by so many different species. How do you vacinate a vampire bat for example?
No please don't say “Very Carefully!”
Domestic Dogs and Cats should be easy enough, given the correct stimuli to the owners.
Feral Cats will be a big problem in some countries.
Vira Latas (stray dogs) will need the bleeding heart animal rights people to turn their back or find homes for the strays. Isn't it amazing that the “Bleeding Hearts” will cry ouf for the downtrodden or neglected but WILL NOT LIFT A FINGER TO ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING THEMSELVES.
