I would like to hope that CFK will find as much happiness and joy, form being a grandmother as I have found from being a grandfather. May all the children born in Argentina grow up in a country that is free from poverty/repression and fear, a country that believes in self determination a country were the rule of law is applicable to all. In a country that is free from tyrannical oppression. And no this is no a invitation to come and live in the Falkland Islands but a genuine wish, that all the children born not only in the Argentina, but all over the World will know that self determination is the birth right off all.

Another parasite K born into the world. There is much to steal and more economies to destroy so the K's need more clan members. I pity the Argentine people who will have to put up with another K

The sympathetic posters here must have cheered when Al Capone had a grandchild.

@10 At least she is not standing in front of large posters of Evita, like at the last election. But she has been handing out gifts for votes. Evita gave out bicycles, Cristina gives out microwaves. Both claim(ed) to want to improve the lives of the poor....... hmmm. They both certainly became richer in power.

I hope her new grandchild gives her great joy.

Jorge the kirchners got Argentina out of its economic recession in 2002 and where the only country in the world to have recovered so quicly, It's growth rate is around 8% one of the highest growth rates with China, Its unemployment has fallen and its industries and agriculture sectors are at strong rates unlike the past Menem government who put Argentina in to turmoil during 2002, at least Cristina is making progress mate!

There was only one way to go after 2001/2 and that was up. The economic crash was due to a number of factors - I won't bore you with the full lecture - of which one was the staggeringly arrogant attitude of the government at that time.

I wish I could have as much faith in the current state of the Argentine economy as the CFK supporters have. Look around Argentina and you will see the true picture, rather than the propoganda eagerly swallowed by K supporters. We all want to have hope and CFK offers stirring speeches but seems intent on ignoring the reality.

Currently Argentina is ranked No1 in the world as the economy most likely to boil over. It has a rating of 100%. Inflation is a real problem and one CFK prefers to ban rather than tackle.

I hope Argentina has a successful future but I just cannot see it with CFK at the helm. Her thinking is like that of a child, short-term.
