There is an interesting but poorly publicised difference in the proportion of births produced by each racial group in the UK. Bangladeshi famalies produce more children even after years of the family being in the UK; this is thought to be associated with the levels of education rather than the cultural need to produce lots of offspring to look after the parents in old age.
The problem of ghettoisation - 'multicutural' living in separate communities - seems to exacerbate differences; only cultural integration will reduce this divergence, and there seems to be no political, social or cultural imperative to encourage and increase integration.
