    Seems like many nations are willing to re-brand illegally goods made in China and destined for Brasil. Any Mercosur member so engaged should suffer immediate termination of all bilateral trading arrangements until the protocols are worked out to avoid this circumvention and dumping by China.
    The USA should be told in no uncertain terms that their Obama-honeymoon is officially over and normal service will only be resumed once the Chinese dumping through the USA ceases.

    Don't blame the USA GeoffWard2. Blame the people that want cheap crap speakers and such. Blame the Chinese for their slave labor and cheap products that in reality only cost pennies less than local made products in most cases. Blame the consumer, just like you blame the drug user in the narco wars..
