Disclaimer & comment rulesAhh, the fine tuned workings of the socialist paradise known as Venezuela. And to think it happened in the province named after Chavez, Carabobo... 160K tons of food is an unimaginalbe quantity that has been allowed to rot due to corruption and basic ineptitude.

But this is losses on top of 'natural human wastage',
and it is all in one place - so the local pollution load will be absolutely horrendous.
