    is not this old news,
another case of argentina covering up her defaults ,
to convince her blind and dumb friends, that she is a changed society,

but behing the facard, she is as deadly as a rattlesnake,
[even if she does have her teeth removed ]

Come on Argentina, poor little Paraguay. Where is your LatAm solidarity? ls this the way to make friends & be popular?
The power lines could even be on the land that you have stolen from Paraguay.

I thought initially that this was an energtransfer issue, but now I think there is more to it.

This is Argentina dumping MAJOR PUNISHMENT on Paraguay
because Paraguay is stopping 'Friend Chavez' from joining the Mercosur club -
Argentina needs Venezuela in its club to avoid its huge northern Mercosur partner, Brasil, from dominating affairs.
