Strikes me as a good idea for the veterans, to help lay to rest some of the ghosts of the past.

Needless to say I expect BsAs to try and milk it for as much propaganda as they can manage.

Rufus- BsAires always does! It irritates us - and probably upsets some of the veterans and relatives themselves as this sort of visit can be intensley personal and private - and we Islanders respect that - visiting the spots where you nearly died or where your best mate got torn to pieces. Sadly a few veterans themselves come with a politacl agenda as well and leave political graffiti slogans on battlefields as well - which have to be removed.

“Needless to say I expect BsAs to try and milk it for as much propaganda....” Is not Buenos Aires, is the K government, let me remind you about the election results? The Capital is not a K territory, some of us think quite different from this gang of marxists. Viva la Patria !! (at least what is left over of it ...... ) :-))

    4. “Viva la Patria” Which one? Texas US or Tejas Mexico?
I am sure you aren't talking about the Argentina that you and your friends sold decades ago.
Enjoy the future CFK landslide victory from 8000 km away.

The fact that Gustavo Martínez discussed it with the governor means that there is one Argentine politician who recognises the benefits of mutual understanding and open lines of communication. Looks like he recognises and respects the nation under who's sovereignty the Islands fall.

Can this guy run for president?

I also believe that the 'laying of ghosts' can best come about if the ex-combatants, or those of their later generations, are able to travel - unhindered - to the graves of those fallen in battle.

“that you and your friends sold decades ago......” sold to who? If you live in freedom right now is because of us .... and for the record is 10,000 km BTW. :-))

    You say:

    I say:
Many of us are alive right now despite you……..

    You say also:
”And for the record is 10,000 km”….
    I say:
For the record…………. If we take Abilene as the geographical center of Tejas, the distance to Buenos Aires is ~8500 km.

@6 It's ironic you talk about “mutual understanding and open lines of communication” when the UK will have none of it. And don't confuse sovereignty with jurisdiction. We all know who exercises jurisdiction of the Islands, but that doesn't mean they have the sovereign right over them.

Think, you are a coward, bastard, traitor.

“Ten Malvinas war Rio Gallegos veterans plan to visit Falklands next October” Think and Marcos Alejandro, will show his love for the veterans, his love for Argentina :)

”an Argentina who married a local and who is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Argentine cemetery”And Think and Marcos Alejandro want to teach me that the islanders are evil people :) yes, they are so evil that an Argentine is living in the falklands :) F******CK YOU THINK! Palmos de Asturias, varas de alcalde y leguas andaluzas?

8.400 miles are 13.500 km......................... In Chubut and in Tejas.

The flying distance between Abilene and Buenos Aires is still 5.350 miles, equivalent to 8.610 km........................

Think is an MI5 agent, I know this. He is infiltrates the community here to gain intelligence on who is supporting Argentina. By posing as an Argentine he is provoking people to come out in support of Argentina. MI5 then gather list and submit it to their friends.

Trying to back track Marcos? I never suggested a timeline (and only an muppert would have suggested a quick resolution) but I knew what the eventual outcome would be. You took an opposite view, probably because you always feel like you want to disagree with me, even though on past for you have been wrong every time.

The fact that we worked hard to bring Gadaffi in from the cold has meant we could get to him and precipitate the current events quicker than it would have been. Gadaffi deconstructed his nuclear weapons programme as a result etc etc. He miscalculated the fact that we were more than happy to assit in his removal. You know what they say, keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.

If you wish to congratulate the Libyan people then petition your regional leaders to officially recognize the new Libyan gvt.

In the end though, I was right and you were wrong, again! Know your place!

Beef, not matter what you said now, your message from March was clear enough, you thought that in a few days was going to be over. After all most of the work was done by the Americans, Brits only cried for help.

Well Marcos, actually they are a specialist in cry like babies for help.

That´ss exactly what they did in WW1 begging for help to the U.S., as well as for WW2, everyone remembers Churchill almost crying for help to the Americans again for help (everybody knows they can´t beat germans) .... and of course not forgetting the heartbroken cry of Margaret Thatcher to Ronald Reagan (USA) for help in the Malvinas War which again it was impossible to win alone ..... remember the appeal of the “iron Lady” (??) to Mitterrand (France) to stop selling missiles to the Argentine excocet......ohh...please they´re sinking all our fleet !!.

Nobel Prize in cry like babies .... otherwise they are an easy target and they themselves know because of that theý not fight alone never.

    Britain...so predictable and coward.

Anyway at least we helped the NTC and apart from a few Argie mercenaries your pathetic governent just watched from the sidelines and your regional leaders are not even recognizing the new legitimate gvt of Libya regardless if what the people of Libya want.

The fact that you have to refer to the Daily Mail says it all really.

Beef, not matter what you said now, your message from March was clear enough, you thought that in a few days was going to be over.

Maybe if left to the Brits alone we could of beat our record of 74 days of sailing 8,000 miles to kick some argie arse

    so_far,
We kept the Germans & ltalians at bay for 2 years while the US re-armed(& made a lot of money out of us)Did we ever cry for help? Maybe, but Argentina just cries like a spoilt child when it can't get it's own way.
So you've got nothing to be proud about.

not real character...just psychological war instrument here !!

I don' t guess there are no any Brits agents here ...
    BUT
could be some “” Icky “”s who are CIA organization structured
in from some US universities...know many languages...
( my familiar kid was deported from US while educates in a university
Kentucky who didn't agree run for Icky organization ).

    your list is wrong...

    MI5... internal/external civil intelligence
    MI6 ..internal/external mainly military-security intelligence.

    and have so many sub-branches...!!

    -------------------

    i am not an agent
    BUT
my family has been having 3/4 secret service persons in everytime
    since 1850 s years...besides i have many friends ...!!

    in reality
almost all families have at least one person who related with any
secret services indirectly by remote intelligence in the world..
    don't care...
    BUT
i must say that almost none of them is clever ( don't know everything) !

    “your list is wrong...”

What i said is not incorrect.

    I stated:
    “MI5-domestic intelligence and security
    MI6-foreign intelligence and security”

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MI5

Its remit includes the protection of British parliamentary democracy and economic interests, counter-terrorism and counter-espionage within the UK. Although mainly concerned with internal security, it does have an overseas role in support of its mission.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MI5 - MI6
”The Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) is responsible for supplying the British Government with foreign intelligence. ”

    MI5 - Internal/Domestic
    MI6 - External/Foreign

And i know that there are many sub brances. I simply listed all the MI's. Most are now absorbed into MI5 And the SIS(MI6). A

“From the standpoint of Sun Tzu’s philosophy of war, the Mahatma Ghandi is among the greatest warriors of all time . Sun Tzu said, “Attaining one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the pinnacle of excellence. Subjugating the enemy’s army without fighting is the true pinnacle of excellence.” Gandhi defeated the most powerful empire on Earth, the British Empire, without firing a single bullet, and he was the pinnacle of excellence”

Ofcourse he doesn't get it. Because he, like you. Know's it's not true.

Though im glad you Argys have finally worked out that it was not Sun Tzu himself who said the above quote. That was hilarious.

I can't believe you've been here all this time and you still don't know how this works:
FIG don't buy Typhoons, warships or missiles. The UK government pays for our defence.
The UK government doesn't pay for anything else. The dairy closed because it wasn't economically viable. FIG subsidised it for a while, but it still cost too much, because people didn't want to buy enough of the product. I guess we just like our Chilean milk.

100 Monty69 “The UK government pays for our defence” British taxpayer pays for that sounds better to me.
I don't think is so much about the high quality of the Chilean milk is more about lazy people that doesn't want their hands to get dirty milking cows or/and the locals didn't want to drink milk from a dairy with dead animals in it...
