    Catch them and hang them. what are you waiting for. I'm sure Majority of Brazilians are for the death penalty.

    Summary justice in situ.
    BOPE with guns.
    No need for hangings or the cost of trials.
    Fido, you surprise me!

    But it's not so easy, is it.

    These favelas are the size of major British towns -

    - Alemao
    is the size of Colchester or Chelmsford;
    bigger than Bath, Worcester, Maidstone, etc;
    twice the size of Morcambe, Durham or Welwyn Garden City;
    and 50 times bigger than TFIs' population.

    And there are hundreds of favelas -
    - with more alleys and 'rat-runs' than a million Moroccan souqs.

    And we have seen in Mexico just how many thousands of people get shot dead/murdered and disappear when the 'Police' go head-to-head with the bad guys.

    No, it certainly is not easy.
