”. . . . . as the two emerging economies (Argentina and China) are playing an increasingly important role in the world arena.”

My! I must have missed it!
What is the increasingly important role that Argentina is playing in the world arena?

    Economics?
    The politics of governance?
    Industrialisation?
    Education?
    Erradication of poverty?
The gentle art of peaceful diplomacy?

What is modern Argentina giving the world apart from soy sauce?

”China will work with Argentina to strengthen strategic mutual trust, expand cooperation and coordination within multilateral frameworks in order to promote bilateral ties and benefit the two peoples”

Sounds impressive................................When will we know its all been a tremendous success?

Put it another way, isn't this just a load of old pony paid for by long suffering tax payers.

Its the same the World over - politicians taking liberties.
