    If the VE electoral constitution is anything like the UK process, Chavez is totally free to call his re-election whenever he wants.

    All he needs is sufficient time to line-up his sucessor, 'prime' the electorate, and,
    'bob's-your-uncle',
    the St. Chavez Party can grow and spread throughout Latin America.

    What a legacy; the new Bolivar, the saviour of South America.
