Falklands’ government contracts highly qualified staff for senior posts
The Falkland Islands Government has announced the appointment of two senior officials. Simon Fletcher has been appointed to the role of Director of Central Services and succeeds Andrew Lee who previously held the position when it was titled Director of Procurement and Efficiency. Read full article

Are the common islanders allowed to access this site from their homes or the ones who are allowed (e.g. isolde) to access this site must do it from a set of specific IP addresses under the control of the government of the islands? It's weird, and from this side it looks like the british government is hiding something. Just some more questions, I hope you're not lying islanders, because the kick in your b*tt will make you reach Neptune :)

@ 6 what I know is what many people know, that those desaparecidos are not desaparecidos and many of them live their lives using fake identities, but those people who know don't dare to say so, because you can get yourself into trouble if you tell the truth. Just remember the judge Argibay Molina, she was paid more than 600000 US Dollars for being a desaparecida but she didn't return the money when she was found :)

1806-07 was NOTHING to do with the Islands - it was UK attacking A Spanish territory as UK and Spain were at war with each other!
US ordered its warship to destroy the illegal settlement NO - repeat - NO UK involvement - if there was then produce the document please.
1833 - NOTHING to do with 1806-7 for reasons described above. It was UK forcing the removal of ONLY the military part of the Buenos Aires occupation force.
As your own Arg Historical Documents proove to you - only 4 civilians left - 2 families - one of Uruguayan and one of Brazilian origen. Those from Buenos Aires area opted to stay voluntarily UNDER British Rule. The last of them died about 1860-70.

Ask yourself, how many articles on website you have read where you have not commented, it think you will find they out number the ones that you actually did comment on. And seriously Geo, whats with the nonsense fantasy take on the history of the falklands? I mean whats the point in twisting facts of history into your own personal version of history. You simply can not change the original facts of histroy as it is those original facts that describe what actually happened at that time in history. Seriously, if you were a history student you would have failed you exam if you answered with the rubbish you posted in post 1 - But hey if it was an argentinian histroy test, then welldone you probably share the same twisted version of history as your governement. @Geo #17 No offence geo, but regardles of whether your consulting was indirect or direct - the fact you are providing such historically in accurate advise in such consultations makes one wonder if argentina are acutally listening to you.
