In an attempt to accelerate talks on a trilateral free trade agreement (FTA) , the India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) summit decided to hold an annual meeting of trade ministers from the three countries beginning from March next year. Read full article

Stuff Mercosur FTAs - whatever Mercopress reports. Wishful thinking.

This will be the time of bi/tri-lateral national PTAs that can be modified or closed down according to the need of the moment.
Big Bloc Trade is off the agenda for the forseeable future.
