    You can understand Correa's point of view.

    If the people were to start popping-off heads of state, instead of letting them find some sanctuary somewhere, he might find himself popped-off!

    Self-preservation of the H.o.S is a most compelling cause, and one which all Hs.o.S. embrace as their 'human right'.
    All Hs.o.S fear these 'dominos of destiny'.
