Sometimes the goods can win, also......I mean the Southern Chile's population respect to the rest of the country, beside more cruise's calls will happen in other Chilean ports thank to the interest to get lower fees on Southern & Antarctic travels.
It´s as result of a new point of view from Chilean central authorities after our local request from long time ago to get lower cost and more atractives to catch more cruise vessels that were lost against Ushuaia because their lower fees.
We are expecting a higher season in cruise's calls, visitors and incomes compared to the last one.

    Dear FIG friends:
Next time MV Ushuaia has the nerve to go to the Falklands, I respectfully suggest that you ask the RN to send HMS Clyde to harass “Ushuaia”, finger-print its crew, and force them to pay an indemnity for violating Falkland Island waters. It's just a question of elementary reciprocity.
