You have to be FOR this man and his declared objectives - peace, reconciliation and anti-corruption. Like Dilma, whatever his background, South American countries really need people who can talk the talk but also walk the walk as well. Some mayors end up being killed or dragged into corruption, but some make it. Let's hope this guy is one that makes it.
England is being left way behind... just a whisper it will be... just a dusty thought...
