Marcos Plonker - You never learn do you - well truth is you do not like truth nor reality - only Argentine fantasy!
Tim Thorogood is an employee of the elected members of the legislature - he workkd for FI Govt - not UK. He was recruited from UK by our Govt - not sent here!
He is indeed British probably English- but Colonialism as you know it died about the time he was born - except in your mind of course.

The others happen to be Islanders!! (well am not 100% sure where Emma was born but her mother is an Islander and she has lived here for many years).
