Interesting how the Europeans are very very slow at doing something for European countries that need help.
But want this agreement very quickly,

Briton,
this bloc-bloc deal has been many years in gestation, with no signs of the baby kicking.
No chance of it being even still-born; it is just festering away, poisoning the econo-political womb.
