Another group that Argentina can bully.

    Hector Timerman said ?
United, all countries of Latin-American and the Caribbean is something that history will recall”
    ALL Countries,

BUT specifically excludes the Unites States and Canada.
Celac would be the continuation of the Group of Rio when it comes to deal with regional conflicts
Water pistols all round then ??

Maybe the Falklands could appeal to the small Caribean states to boycott it in protest at the way Argentina treats the Falkland Islands......
Stick that up your Junta !

As if the Caribbean Islands are going to support Argentina. They know that as small Islands themselves they are heavily dependent on the UN to guarantee their status as independent nations. They would be committing suicide if they side with Argentina as it would set a precedent that would endanger their own rights to existence.

“It is more than clear the inclination of OAS in respect of hegemonic countries”,

So, do they mean the USA AND Canada or just the USA?
In the case of the latter the quote would be in the singular.
Thus Canada is viewed as a 'hegemonic country'. That will make them laugh!

And the only carribean country they are interested in is Cuba.

And TFI will not figure as it is definitely not Latin American.

Perhaps there needs to be a Caucasian Alliance of the Americas; membership USA, Canada, and TFI.

i think the ruling goes thus,
if you come under the thumb, you are welcome,
but if its freedom you require, then dont bother applying .
