FIFA president Sepp Blatter has confirmed that the decision to award the 2018 World Cup to Russia will undergo an investigation. Qatar was awarded the 2022 tournament at the same time as the eastern European country, amid allegations that the Asian nation had influenced the decision-making process through the use of bribery. Disclaimer & comment rulesAnd this will change the outcome of the the word cup being awarded to Russia and Qatar, will it? I don't think so. If it does the 2018 should be given to England. But i suspect this is just a ploy to limit damage and basically nothing but a show off look we are doing something to but really we are not really doing anything about it.

England has the stadiums and the infrastructure and is capable of holding a world cup with only a months notices. In otherwords we constantly have the capacity to hold such events without having to build new stadiums or train lines, or roads. Besides their is a perfectly good chance russia will not be ready in time.

Not looking so good for Argentina in the footballing world is it, especailly when you consider that we beat Spain only a few weeks ago. England are also the only team in the top 5 that is on the UP.
