    The Chinese are very astute when it comes to the peaceful invasion of foreign countries. They have bought significant mineral rights in Australia and other countries, some of them in LATAM.
    Australia has woken up and stymied their march for commercial supremacy: for now.
    LATAM in the coming years will have to decide for themselves if they want their countries owned by the Chinese.

    China has not got military bases in Australia to my knowledge,and the Yanqui always says it wants fair trade.Always thought capitalists liked free trade.I know they don't like import substitution.Argentina has knowledge of that

    You are correct, no Chinese Military bases in Australia, which is why I said 'peaceful' and 'commercial' invasion. But invasion it will be, you have only to look at what happened three years ago in Australia regarding share holding by China in a major iron ore company and how China managed to:
    1) ensure a supply when other western nations were denied it;
    2) get the price lower than other nations.
    No guns or bombs involved!

    there is no invasion going on, what China is doing is simple: Bussiness. The sad part is, the so called west, whatever that is, feels threatened while it's being screwed by the banks with it's fake derrivates that cannot be paid back and won't be paid back.
