Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has launched new social programs including hikes in pensions and a 100 dollars a month cash payment for needy children as he prepares for his re-election bid next year. Read full article

hasn't he ever heard of the Kirchner surprise eggs? Those are eggs like the Kinder eggs, but the Kirchner eggs come with surprise not so funny, I think Venezuelan children would love them mwahahaha
