The credit ratings of Italy, Spain and three other Euro-area countries were cut by Fitch Ratings, which said the five nations lack financing flexibility in the face of the regional debt crisis. Read full article

    Having spent three years in and around Naples (S. Italy) in one month on and one month off, it is a real pity that the police did not raid the Mafioso. But then that would have stopped the envelopes stuffed with notes being handed out in the police stations.

    You can see why Argentina is so corrupt when they have the likes of the Timmerman family (Wop Jews) as examples.

    The Prosecutor is only looking to the next elections, you don't need a rating agency to know that Italy is a basket case.

    Such a shame for the lovely people of S. Italy to have these no-hopers running the show (that sounds just like Argentina doesn't it?
