    The secretary general of the League of Nations 2 Ban Ki-moon seems to be buttering up south america. I guess it's all about his lifetime ambition of getting them to rename 'the sea of japan' to the 'east sea' or 'sea of korea' or some other nationalistic nonsense.

    Although he is secretary general he is actually pretty powerless. Power at the UN lies in membership of the security council.

    @3 without power there is no use, without use there is no point. Hence my statements about this being the League of Nations Version 2.0

    Building on the success of the Treaty of Tlatelolco, the UN has actively promoted the establishment of other such regional nuclear-weapon-free zones around the world, the Secretary-General said.
    . “It is my hope that today's commemoration will inspire new efforts within and outside the region to achieve disarmament and the ultimate goal of non-proliferation of all, a world without nuclear weapons free,” he added.

    This comment from Ban Ki-moon demonstrates the validity of the complaint total militarization Argentina in the Falkland Islands, as England refuses to answer by yes or no, the existence of nuclear bombs in the South Atlantic.
    UK seeks to threaten, attack and intimidate Argentina with nukes just because of claim dialogue, to claim sovereignty usurped in 1833.
    This caused outrage world opinion, just as Europe calls on Iran and North Korea not to make nuclear weapons, United Kingdom is a double standard, threatening South America and world peace with its colonialist and imperialist activities mocking the treaty of Tlatelolco.

    After Iran produces its first nuke, the world will be entering a nuclear golden age. Almost all countries who can, including in Latin America, will produce nukes. The world-system will degenerate into multipolar disorder, and possession of nuclear weapons will reflect that.

    @5 Ban Ki Moon is a South Korean. I'm very surprised by the current state of UN-centred appeasement over the Falklands.

    i) The primary reason why South Korea exists in freedom today is because of the military deterants provided by the USA to prevent the North Koreans from illegally annexing all of South Korea, a policy which is enshrined in their constitution.

    ii) The primary reason why the Falklands exist in freedom today is because of the military deterants provided by the UK to prevent the Argentinians from illegally annexing all of the Falklands, a policy which is enshrined in their constitution.

    Same sh!t, different shovel and funnily it took Argentina 26 years to ratify the Treaty of Tlatelolco, so they couldn't have been in a hurry.

    @5
    Argentina continually threatens the Falkland Islands, then cries that there could be a British submarine threatening them! Oh no!

    “...as England refuses to answer?”. Please can you call it the UK? Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland feel left out.

    “Threatens South America and world peace with its colonialist and imperialist activities...”. Like Argentina in 1982 you mean?

    “This has caused outrage world opinion”. Not really sure what you mean by that, but the US aren't bothered and no one else has come forward, so looks like it is just Argentina. All whilst....

    There has been no confirmation of a British submarine in the South Atlantic. If there was a British submarine in the South Atlantic who says it is carrying nuclear-weapons? It may be a nuclear-powered submarine which helps it to move around the oceans and seas, but it doesn't mean it is armed with nuclear warheads. You obviously have the same strange paranoia that CFK has.

    Ulcerous Nations Representative: “Ban Ki-moon today failed to reiterate the core principle of self determination underlying the entire organisation and went to the UN Religious Tolerance sponsored by Saudi Arabia who outlined their agenda of whippings, beatings and stonings for apostasy. He then attended the UN Decolonisation Committee and commended them on their expansionist plans. 'I spent the morning locked in the toilet' said Secretary General Ban”
