    We are transfering some tecnology to some countries through mutual cooperation. Other countries don't do it and prefer to sell it.

    Argentina are going to sell them the new 'missile' for their defence against Britain. You know, the one they developed that had a 25% payload when even the best American solid fuel ones can 'only' manage 8%. It MAY get of the floor, but I wouldn't take any bets on it.

    Nevermind, when the cheques stop coming from Britain it will all be over.
