I am not familiar of how their lottery works, however I can say that the stupid who said that and MercoStanley for writing it will recieve the prestigious Dumb & Dumber Awards
I wonder if the Argentine government has bought a ticket. It's a long shot, but worth a try. Similar odds of a successful outcome to their current economic policies. :)
