Well either this is an untrustworthy offer given the position Colombia took against Argentina, or, more interestingly, it represents a climedown from that position...
Shouldn't Colombia be mediating the price of guns and cocain with LAFARC?? 40 years of terrorism should show everyone how many years their mediation will take and even after 40 years Colombia couldn't guarantee a solution but a costly process witch is what they done with the drug cartels. I doubt the oil cartel will teach an old dog new tricks.
