Independent oil company plans major expansion in Chile, Argentina and Colombia

Latin American independent oil and gas explorer GeoPark Holdings Ltd is planning a major expansion of its activities in 19 licensed blocks in three countries with the purpose of significantly increasing oil and gas production in the next 18 months, according to a report released by the company. As you can note, Geo Park is changing its chips from Argentina, where it was working from a long time, to Chile and Colombia considering the bad enviroment there looking for safe lands and rules.

Geo Park, take note. Repsol say they invested $20 billion dollars and they still got shafted. I wonder how your sahre holders look at that?

Oops! New investment in oil and gas production. I just wonder where those specialist in economy, international trade, investment & co that said that no foreign company will invest in ARG any more are now?.

Well, from the comment above, Geo Park had investiment already in Argentina, but the new investiments will be done in Chile and Colombia, both reliables SA countries.......not in Argentina......
