I'd like to congratulate the Arg Govt for their principled stance on climate change. Choosing not to exploit the hydrocarbons in Vaca Muerta should be applauded. ;)

    Malvinista Deadbeat Response

We don't care what IEA say! They are nothing but a crooked friend of the West. Friend of Cameron and Blair and they have an agenda to keep us South Americans repressed. Well we've had enough and now the new world order is taking over and UK, USA, and Europe will take a back seat in their recessions while we become even more mighty under our glorious leader Cristina.

Down with Europe! Down with USA! And especially down with UK. Pirates!!

#6 Well thats the parody version, but the truth is the IAE IS part of a neoliberal false consensus that Argentina, rightly in my view, defies, no?

It is interesting to note that Argentina came under a barrage of criticism the other week from the World Trade Organisation after the US, EU, Japan and TEN other countries accused it of tying imports up in red tape after CFK & Co imposed a new system to pre-approve, or reject every purchase from abroad.

As the headline suggests, who's going to want to invest in Argentina?
