When he talks about successfully completed radiation treatment he is probably telling the truth.

However, what he appears to want people to believe is that he is recovering and is on his way to becoming cured of the various cancers that he has.

No-one knows yet if that is the case. Not his doctors, his nurses and especially himself.

I still give him until the end of the year at the most before his is finished. He can sing all he likes, it will help keep his spirits up but the end is in sight.

If he had a commonly survivable cancer then he would have revealed what it was. All this cloak and dagger simply highlights that he's dicing with death.

However without the exact diagnosis we can only speculate and hope
