Repsol sues Argentina over YPF in NY court and also takes the case to World Bank arbitration
Repsol YPF SA the large Spanish oil and gas company on Tuesday sued Argentina for seizing control of formerly state-owned energy company YPF SA, in which Repsol held a majority stake. Read full article

She will just bury any court ruling at the in the bottom drawer of the filing cabinet along with the rest of them. Though you never know, sooner or later the financial world is going to wise up to the fact, there is no such thing as business as usual with these people.

so it´s only one more fundraising for the lawyer hordes.
Argentina may also argue that the YPF seizure was in the public interest.
