Should have read the contract again with a skilled highly paid team of lawyers before making any desicion on nationalising YPF. Eh what that's....you did! hahahahahaha
She will just bury any court ruling at the in the bottom drawer of the filing cabinet along with the rest of them. Though you never know, sooner or later the financial world is going to wise up to the fact, there is no such thing as business as usual with these people.
Argentina may also argue that the YPF seizure was in the public interest.

As a politician - in the pure sense of the word - shes nothing without Nestor. She relies on emotional political gestures rather than creating well thought out and applied policies for the medium-long term.
Her and her team's mismanagement is painful to watch.
