Disclaimer & comment rulesNot only are the chinese importing dairy cows from Uruguay but Uruguay may see a big increase in beef exports to China. Up to now Uruguay has most exported organs and innerards to China, products they eat in China but not in most western countries. However, evidence from the lastest trade shows suggest China is now looking to import large amounts of higher value cuts.
