Jun 12th, 2012 - 12:56 pm - Link - Report abuse 0So in other words it is legal for her to use public tax money to send her son to a hospital in Bs As. Are there no hospitals in her beloved Santa Cruz? So glad my taxes are spent wisely at a time when the government is battling out of control inflation. Coruption coruption coruption, except now it isnt even covered up its blantant!
I am sure he was in pain but did she really have to be simpering at his side for what was a minor knee operation?
Jun 12th, 2012 - 01:45 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Hope he gets well soon and without too much glee in his plight from the usual suspects on here. Also hope it doesn't derail Cristina's much anticipated appearance at the UN
Jun 12th, 2012 - 01:48 pm - Link - Report abuse 0@ 1 agreed. What an appalling abuse of power, and further robbing of the poor to pay for the lifestyle of the failing Kircher dynasty. If there were no hospitals in Rio Gallegos - which I very much doubt - then there are excellent hospital facilties in Punta Arenas - a mere 3 hour car ride away. Maybe that was considered and fear expressed for Maximo's safety? Or, perhaps concern that he might bump into some real Falklanders using a first rate hospital faciltiy in Punta Arenas.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 01:51 pm - Link - Report abuse 02 ElaineB No, she didn't need to be there, after all he is an adult but as a good mother she did.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 03:07 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Or you prefer the Cameron's leaving a 8 year old girl alone in a pub?
Marcos she just spent big tax payers money for what is a minor op (I've had it) to be by his little side bless him still never mind eh you can afford it eh. 8 year old in a pub late starter. Take your blinkers off you nugget this woman is ruining your country and the sooner you realise that the better, at the first signs of trouble (which are not far away) she will be offski to live with BK leaving you high, dry and totally F^*d
Jun 12th, 2012 - 04:01 pm - Link - Report abuse 0A smother-mother. No wonder he is such a baby. There was absolutely no need for her to spend the tax-payers money on some mercy flights for a minor operation. There was no need for her to, once again, abandon her responsibilities as President to make a drama out of nothing. No wonder the country is on the brink, she treats being President as some part-time jolly.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 04:33 pm - Link - Report abuse 07. I think the real truth is they were afraid someone would kill him in the Santa Cruz hospital. They couldn't secure the building.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 04:52 pm - Link - Report abuse 0CFk has no distinction between public money and her money do you think she cares if it cost 80.000 to ship him to Pilar?
7 That's her choice not yours.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 04:53 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Were you abandoned as a child or you just love your parents when you need money to travel?
Don't they have wheelchairs in Argentina?
Jun 12th, 2012 - 06:16 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Loooking at this bloke's health and lifestyle profile I guess the next stop is diabetes, amputations and then an early grave.... oh dear..so sad... there goes the dynasty.
@8 Ah, yes. I heard it was all systems go in the south right until the last moment when CFKC switched it to BsAs.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 06:56 pm - Link - Report abuse 0@10 You would think his smother-mother would stop feeding him and lecture him on healthy living. That would be real parental love.
CFKC did not undergo thyroid cancer surgery. She has surgery to remove her thyroid and never had cancer.
Shame he didn't roll out of bed and land on her during her weeping vigil. It would have been reminiscent of the witch getting squished in The Wizard Of Oz.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 06:59 pm - Link - Report abuse 0I think wheelchairs for the morbidly obese have to be specially made.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 07:02 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Especially when they've got a sidecar attached for the personal pastry chef.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 07:08 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Okay, he's had a non life threatening condition that required surgery.
Jun 12th, 2012 - 11:30 pm - Link - Report abuse 0She's his mother, so yes visit him. But a bed side vigil for a grown man? Come on, pathetic much?
She's the president, for Christs sake! She is responsible for the well being of 40 millions citizens. Perhaps if she gave the same amount of attention to the economy as to her 'grown up' son, Argentina might not be in the dire straits it is currently in.
Yup, pathetic politician that she is, she's using this to try and garner sympathy, you can tell from the publicity shots.
Shocking. People of Argentina rise up and rid yourselves of this tremendous albatross from around your necks!
Thats what happens when you eat all the pies.......your legs cant support the weight!
Jun 13th, 2012 - 04:35 am - Link - Report abuse 0Elaine, I'm glad you're not my mother! As for shouldn't she try and make him eat less and so on, who's to say she doesn't? But then he is as has been said grown up. You're so clearly bubbling with hate of Cristina its hard to take your contributions seriously
