Short of going the Argentine way and breaking off all relations with this vile institution, which I would prefer tbh, this seems like a sensible course to take
If the 10B is a cap contribution who cares if they don't pay it? It is not really a threat, they'll just lose voting % just like Venezuela did at IDB. Which means Brazilians working at WB will get sent home since they have to hire based on the % ownership of the country. Lose/lose for Brazil.
Brazil is the equivalent to an 80s rockstar .... No money at the beginning ...then lots of money and in the end working at a car wash or selling hot dogs
