Brazil's state managed oil company Petrobras said it will raise gasoline and diesel prices for the first time since 2008, a move aimed at ending refining losses and paying for the world's largest corporate spending plan. Read full article

    Dilma needs to rid herself of Finance Minister Guido Mantega, who is also chairman of Petrobras' board of directors and Energy Minister Edison Lobão, who between them know nothing about finance and sod all about a dynamic energy business.

    Get yourself a better financial advisor Dilma, this creep Mantega is locked in the past.
