The two call for dialogue but at the same time argue they are victims of extortion so it is difficult to see reconciliation, rather as escalation of the confrontation between President Cristina Fernandez and organized labour chief Hugo Moyano, particularly following on Wednesday national strike and rally at Plaza de Mayo. Jun 28th, 2012 - 09:30 am - Link - Report abuse 0Whereas going on and on and on and on and on and refusing to listen until the other side gets exhausted seems to be central to the way of thinking. Of course some other sides don't or can't give in...
Hope the beautiful Cristina overcomes the troll Moyano soon and without too much pain to the workers he doesn't reallly represent anymore. Interesting that he invited all the anti-K forces to his rally, ie the hard right

Jun 28th, 2012 - 11:33 am - Link - Report abuse 0Moyano had less people supporting him in his show of strengths than a rave party.
And the stupid monkey above Rosendo Fraga has less success in forecasting/predicting political and economy matters that the FMI predicting financial crisis.
Just wonder why Mercopress calls him main political analyst and historian????
I hope they will not cite Merconian to make an article about economy.
Oops I guess they already have done. ufff
Excuse me Mr Berger but the downtown area of Buenos Aires City was filled to the brim with union members in another word it was jam packed with Moyano supporters ... and BK the workers are in full support of Moyano the only person causing pain is the head of state, such up a hypocrite she is wanting dialogue over the Falkland Islands but won't have dialogue with her own people ! She is a ridiculous president !!

Jun 29th, 2012 - 10:26 am - Link - Report abuse 0Moyano last power show when he was still prising CFK got 260k workers and now even seen from TV his show off was little as a rave without music.
So Moyano no future, why?
Because the middle class hate him, for upper class he represent what they don’t want to see around and his lack of supporters eroded his power in CGT.
Another Cobos perhaps?
@Xect
Read the another post about RN, carriers, F35B, harriers, etc.
And then come back
cheers

Jun 29th, 2012 - 01:31 pm - Link - Report abuse 0The government calculated 25.000, the CGT calculated 125.000, a simple count done on a photograph of Plaza de Mayo shows between 52.000 and 61.000 (depending on the photograph). All this goes to show that the government's statement was wrong by at least 50%. So Moyano still has poder de convocatoria.
I agree that the middle clas hate him, but they hate Kretina very, very much more.
I wouldn't compare Mayano with Julio Cobos, Dany, remember that Julito shafted Kretina over 125 and it still hurts her and I think you'll find that Moyano can shaft her about 200% more than Julito did!!!
#8 Another Cobos perhaps?

Jun 30th, 2012 - 07:50 am - Link - Report abuse 0You are underestimating the level of hypocrisy that the middle class has.
I have friends that in public criticise CFK (because is “cool”) as you do all the time but they have voted for Cristina.
Why?
Because $$$ talks they have increased their wealth over all these years and deeply they know that this will soon ends if things change for bad.
2001 is a good remainder of what can happen if things go wrong.
So get out more often from you “micro environment” and you will see that despite what people say in the end they will not commit economic suicide.
So until someone credible from somewhere with solid plan to show to the majority of the Middle Class how he/she can provide what they want, I don’t see any possible change.
Now you tell me who is this person at the moment?
I don’t see any.
And Moyano is just “panis et circenses” delivered and organised by Clarin Group to entertain the masses and to be honest seems in more convenient to the govt. than to the CG.
Why? Because is pretty scary for everyone.
Don’t tell Rosendo Fraga what I have told to you because may be he will copy paste in La Nacion.

Jun 30th, 2012 - 03:56 pm - Link - Report abuse 0The fiesta is over, Dany. The money has run out. Kretina can't buy the love of the poor any more and the middle class are losing their savings at a rate of 2 to 3% per month.
With this scenario Moyano looks fairly good even to the middle class, because they will see him as an end to their PRESENT suffering.
Unfortunately Argentines seem to have a way of not seeing what is going to hurt them from the get go, they tend to only think in the very short term, that is why they see El Negro as a saviour.
I believe that a real possibility is Julio Cobos, if he can bring together some of the more moderate opposition politicos. What Argentina needs after the hysterical performances by Kretina is CALM, MODERATION, COMMON SENSE, HONESTY, and a lot of PACIENCE. All these virtues Cobos has, what he lacks is charisma, which is why he needs back-up.

Are you joking right? Or do you want a 2001crash second edition?
Julio Cobos will not last 2 weeks in power.
1-The same as you are doing toward “Kretina” as you like to say, the same will be done to Cobos but you should multiply for 10 times intensity.
2-Have you even seen a Peronist cacerolazo? Will be 10 time bigger and with all union in the back, plus Clarinete helping in the back when some benefit for them could not be met by Julito.
Like Media law ruled back in congress.
I can see titles from Clarinete like “Corruption continues as usual under Cobos govt.”, “The dollar will be 10 pesos at the end of the year according with Mario Broda”, “The govt. of Cobos weakening due to dollar rally”,
“Unemployment rise again 3 workers in Formosa lost their jobs”, “Poverty even worse according with poor without frontiers (pic like this from India http://fotservis.typepad.com/photos/mother_india_calcutta_var/slums.jpg)”
You Radicals never learn hey?
See the history and learn what happened to Alfonsin (father).
So here a tale for you:
The CEO of a big internet company replies to someone who was spamming his forum with critics toward his company (like la opo) and provided a link to a site saying that was much better (of course was his new company).
The CEO of the big one told him “Boy companies are not built that way, you need to offer to people alternatives and value for money that they may be are willing to buy. You need a well thought plan and a lot of work and imagination to archive your goal. I wish you good luck”
The big company still successful in the market the other one has disappeared.
Do you get the Idea? Not yet?
See Rajoy in Spain (Cobos on steroids) Now he is wondering “why the market reply that way to me if I did all they like it?”
Now you tell me what is the OPO plan?
Karaoke or just pure improvisation as usual?

Jul 02nd, 2012 - 01:21 pm - Link - Report abuse 0That sounds like the peronachos wanting to cut off their noses to spite their faces!!!
As you say, just what they did to Papi Alfonsin and De la Rua. What we need is some real Argentine patriots to say Basta to the peronists, otherwise we'll go on bouncing from crisis to crisis without any end in sight!!!
#12 Cristina has CALM, MODERATION, COMMON SENSE, HONESTY, and a lot of PACIENCE AND charisma, its just that you take her charisma and fighting spirit for being hysterical =)

Jul 03rd, 2012 - 12:23 am - Link - Report abuse 0You are blinded by fanatic thinking.
The Radicals in Argentina’s history appear to be as the source of all crisis.
They make everything they can to bash the opposition but when they get into power they have no idea of what to do?
None radical in more recent history ever could complete a full turn in office like Alfonsin y De La Rua.
So my friend you need a govt. plan and pragmatism, things that in Radicals genes is missing at the moment.
So you have to change your speech and change the “we are against” to “we will do this”.
So tell me in the case Cobos is elected what he is going to do different to the current govt. to be much better?
Have you got any Idea?
