She added that August marked a record month, the highest since 1988. On that month, 238.860 tourists arrived in Chile mainly from Argentina, 35% and Brazil, 16.8%, plus arrivals from Europe, 8.2% and the United States, 4%.

More positive SA tourism news. Glad to see my Argentine friends being key contributors to this development. It just shows the increase in spending power they have gained, and contrary to published news, thay are traveling free and spending their dollars as they please. ENJOY!!!
