Ambassador Argüello praises “best US/Argentina trade relationship in 200 years”
Argentine ambassador in the United States Jorge Argüello assured that Argentina and the US “are having the best trade relationship in almost 200 years of bilateral relations” and said that “they’ve never had a trade volume similar to the one reached this year, which left a 13 billion dollar surplus.” Read full article

Cap, The IDB just fined them U$200K for not being using the funds correctly. There are going to be a lot of nervous Rgs if they get kicked out of the IMF. The Int'l banks are lousy with them and they'll have 30 days to find a new job and then 30 days to get out of the USA. Which is not easy to do when you have lived here 20 yrs not paying taxes. It's not like they can find jobs back home.

It's important that you watch it because it will show you the type of forum Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner is used to speaking in. A “political” rally which her government organized, where she just talks about herself, all she's done for the people and gets thousands of people to clap, cheer and wave banners in her support. She's not able to hold any other type of forum. And the people attending? Who are they? Poor people who live in shantytowns (villas) as we call them, who are paid between 20-50 pesos to attend, they get served a sausage sandwich (called Choripan) and given cheap wine (that comes in cardboard packs called Tetra). Then they show this on television for days and days with all the people cheering for her to make it looks like she has all of this political support!
