No not really. There is no reason for Argentina to do this. Spain was in worst condition after WW II and Argentina was it's only lifeline. It provided millions of tons of grain and frozen beef for nothing. It will help again if needed. Argentina produces surplus food and donates a lot of it each year to worthy causes via the UN. Being called on to help feed the sinking UK may just be around the corner.
