I didn't like Mr. KaMorn to feel so lonely (look his face seems to be those of I have no friends in the world) and I feel to make a comment.

Well here we go again with another new troubling PIG in the block...

This is the preamble of an announced sovereign debt crisis Spanish, Greek, Italian style.

And if we don not cut and show determination to the market, they will think we are not able to pay our debt back.

The think is that the market already knows that Britain cannot pay its debt back and the cuts will never be sufficient and then will be more cuts, and more cuts, cuts over the cuts until reality hits back again and default will be unavoidable.

Then good men like Paul Singer from Elliott & Associates will buy the depressed gilts for pennies and will try to put and embargo in Ghana or F@ckland to get full debt payment back.

Let’s see guys again in the next round of cuts and austerity measures.

You astound us with your wealth of stupidity yet again. The fact that the UK is consistently rated at AAA standard means that the UK is perfectly able to repay it's doubts (the fact we have no ships taken by Ghana proves this fact). That's what the ratings mean: how likely an investment in the country is either able to pay back dividends or just be repaid at all. The country has a higher level of debt against it's GDP than some countries, but it has a low corruption rate, extensive banking system (admittedly with problems, but still powerful nonetheless) and a reasonable currency that is holding it's own and is still considered among the best to trade in, unlike many many others.
The UK is going through a bad period like nearly all other countries in the world, but admitting a problem is the first step to recovery, other nations would do well to follow suit.

That looks like a mindless exercise in wishful thinking by Danyburger. That confiscated Argentine ship is really hurting them isn't it. We want to laugh while they want to cry.

I still think we should buy it and burn it in Port Stanley harbour.

Nah it's a nice ship. No sense in burning it. Chop off those silly masts and stick an engine in it and I'd gladly call it my home.

@1 dany berger, the reality is much different. The international markets know the UK has always made good on debts.

If you were correct the markets would think of us being risky and the interest rates would be be very high.

Do you happen to know why the interest rates we obtain on the international markets are one of the lowest in the world - can you answer that based on provable facts???

We are having tough times here but the world knows we will pay back what we owe. It's a wake up call

Can the same be said of Argentina, is your government going to pay us back Dany?

@2 I don't know why DB didn't call himself VegeBerger. Cabbage for a “brain”.
@4 I think burning is a little over the top. Vertical with the bow buried in the seabed. Any thoughts for a sign to go on the stern? “The Wages of SIN” perhaps.
@6 How about we send Dauntless down there to tow it away?

Come on guys, poor old Dany is trying to make intellectual posts on economics once more, lets give him a chance!

For a start let us ignore all ratings agencies, independent banks of the world, the IMF, the EU and the World Central Bank who constantly regard Britain as a safe haven for investments and money and take on Dany's view of the world!

He made me laugh once more with his odd, warped and 'special' views on the UK.

I'd vote for him to become CFK's replacement!

Like has been said before, trolls can ramble and post lies, the credit rating and investment figures prove you wrong again, just like historical facts prove your lies incorrect time and time again.

Who is the troll using google translate pretending to be German??? Another master stroke by Le campora.

All these rants from a country that can't afford to bung a few quid to Ghana to bail out a rusting sailing boat, embarrassing.

You could use the aid that the uk has given you, as we give to other third world countries as well

How Ironic that it maybe the EU question that causes the UK to break up! The Scottish people, far more self-assured and at peace with whom they are, welcome being part of the EU much more than the insecure, inferiority driven English. So it may be that indepedence will be better for them both because they will have full powers, but also because they can keep within the EU.

Then what probably will happen is that England breaks its treaties and withdraws from the EU, but Scotland and Ireland remain.

    Thanks EU, lol.
