He has taken the fall for errors which were not of his making.
Anyone who gets in to a submarine (let alone WW2 vintage) and takes it into a war zone is a braver man than me.

Wouldn’t it be nice if Sr Paz could fill a submarine with La Campora cowards and take them into a war zone – see how that might change their belligerent rhetoric.

    Think about this from CFK's pov for a minute;
totally embarrassed on the world stage
Losing the symbol of RG navy
due to Nestor's incompetence & arrogance
It shows how Ks have neutered their Military
    bankrupted their country
    Lost international prestige
all threw their own incompetence and arrogance

There is no other way to spin it

She is going to leave office with a trashed economy, trashed Military, 100os of world wide judgements, expulsion from most Int'l orgs and dragging Nestor's legacy with her disgrace and ruining the chance of MaxiK ascending to the throne.

    A very bad month indeed.

CFK is going to step in and buy the Libertad with her personal funds. When the Argie public finally tries to lynch her, she will sail off in to the sunset with her hardcore brainwashed cronies, vowing to return one day. They sail to South Orkney (via Scotland to pick up BK and London to offer asylum to Assange) to found the Kirchnerite Republic. Before long they claim Argentina and the Falklands as an extension of their continental shelf.... but disaster strikes fatboy breaks the rationing rules and fledgling colony perishes.

I'm not sympathetic (much) to Argentina in this whole thing, but this is a bum wrap on Paz. He couldn't have anticipated that the creditors would have had the chutzpah to take the ship. I still say that, bad press aside (but they ARE repomen), Aerolingas equipment is a far more attractive. The other downside to that strategy is that they seem very heavily reliant on their codeshare agreements there is so little AA metal landing at terminals likely to accommodate the seizures that it wouldn't be cost effective even though a number of airlines such as Air Koryo are looking to modernize :-)

If the 'Libertad' is protected by the “Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations” as the Argentine government claims, how can it at the same time defend to relieve navy officers of their command? - according to the government claim they have done absolutely nothing wrong.

It takes more brain than the combined erratic and corrupt Argentine government can muster to cook up a consistent case against the naval officers.

Argentina doesn't need a museum sail boat what Argentina really needs is a nuclear defense program, imagine how much money Argentina can put in a nuclear defence program that will create jobs rather then cost Argentina tax payers 20.000.000 for nothing truly, because anyone training in Libertad will never fight a modern war or win a single battle since most modern invading armies have nuclear subs and planes. A sail boat is just good as a political chip, take it to the international courts and save money on navy salaries we don't need, Australia boats catch pirates and their court burns their boats, take a look, watch and learn to treat war mongers and thieves.
    http://www.abc.net.au/environment/articles/2011/12/13/3389001.htm
what has Libertad ever done besides cost Argentine tax payers a lot of money for other nations to train their navy ??? Imagine how much money can be saved with a nuclear defense program whereas single button can disinfectant Islas Malvinas Argentina or send all ship illegally fishing in Antartica Argentina to the bottom of the sea. Quit letting the english people pull our chai and send the illegal aliens home.

No more paz nor Libertad lol amazingly fitting the reasons to kick start a nuclear defense programs 100% built in Argentina. Let's meet ghana and USA at the international court of justice. Let save some tax payers money wasted on useless navy salaries who can't even catch a pirate fishing boat as the Australians who not only catch them but for 6.00$ worth of fish their courts will burn the fisherman's boat. The country with the largest number of English speakers is....CHINA. No one there seems overly eager to learn Spanish, but English is the business language, and the Chinese love business as it makes them lots of money.

    Sorry to burst your bubble.

CFK now had her sacrificial lamb to appease the people of Argentina, but this situation is far from resolved.

    @46 - PH

Argentina can't afford the money to liberate its flag ship. We've been through this before, haven't we. Nuclear weapons are very expensive.

You have this delusion that nuclear weapons will gain Argentina respect. It won't, even assuming you could afford them and cope with the international sanctions levelled against Argentina for breaking yet another treaty you signed up to.

Face it PH, Argentina has been humiliated over this incident, and the fact that you cannot pay the mere US$20,000,000 to get the ship back.

Because I think Argentina doesn't need the relic museum sail ship and we know the international court can be bought with our resources in Islas Malvinas Argentina, chances are that The vulture will have to spend lots and lots of money to buy the international courts, ghana per capita is under 4000$ the vultures have the whole country under their salary. No we rather take it to the international courts and make the vulture spend the extra cash, and not just put an end to the theft of libertad but end the 600 million financial witch hunt.
We can declare war or expropiate their embassy in Bs as, but the international court can be a good start, I do believe Argentina is being distracted from focusing on a solution to our old problem, Argentina needs to build a all national nuclear defense program to end the illegal occupation of Islas Malvinas Argentina, the fakland is a british corporate not people. That's like naming USA coca Cola. Lol brutish really need quality education.

Go to a party, get a gf, watch a blu-ray - anything to stave off the dark spectre of shrieking HAHAHA insanity that seems to be creeping closer...ever-closer to tearing your addled mind to shreds and leaving you cackling in a pool of your own peepee.

Anyyyyhew, let's have a look at your latest rant. So if I understand you right, we're hypocrites because we're not treating one person who committed a crime exactly the same as a different person who committed different crimes under entirely different circumstances? Seriously?

Hypocrites for yammering how South Americans are against the rule of law because one country in the region is giving humanitarian shelter to Assange, and yet you do the same for this guy, with no excuse since you took 10 years to resolve the matter.

So either your system is pathetic for taking 10 years, or you are hypocrites. You choose my banana monarchy buddy.

You've oversimplified it a wee bit haven't you, along the lines of the “All Europe is the den of Satannnn and must be purged!” fun stuff you usually come out with ;) Why do I have the feeling that if the UK *had* handed him over you'd be on Plan B, screeching how the UK is a puppet of the USA? I guess this is why trying to debate with the hate-filled brainwashed is pointless ;)

Like I said ;) Anyway - getting back on topic, since your theme of the moment is hypocrisy. Do you find it hypocritical that Argentina can bleat about another country taking its property, demand its return, and wail about unfairness and law...while stealing the property and companies of other countries?

I find it about as hypocritical as when the Brits say that Argentina is a cowardly country for not being able or not having the guts to bomb Ghana to get the ship back, and then at the same time say Argentina does not obey int' law... when you had just suggested we should have the guts to break international law.

I guess this is why trying to debate with the hate-filled brainwashed is pointless ;)

Oh so you DO find it hypocritical of Argentina then? That's progress I suppose ;)

As for the bombing thing - I can't say I've read that anywhere. Surely you're not making stuff up? Why would we even want you to bomb Ghana? We're on their side ;) You can search for quotes to back up your point if you want. I certainly can't be arsed hehe.

“Parallels between the British Empire and the New World Order Empire are striking... The British Empire was built by colonizing other countries, seizing their natural resources, and shipping them to England to feed the British industrialists' factories. In the wake of the “red coats” invasions, local cultures were often trampled and replaced by a “more progressive” British way of life.

The Wall Street-dominated NWO Empire is being built by colonizing other countries with foreign loans or investments. When the fish is firmly on the hook, the NWO financial terrorists pull the plug, leaving the unsuspecting victim high and dry. And begging to be rescued.

In comes the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Its bailout recipes - privatization, trade liberalization and other austerity reforms - amount to seizing the target countries' natural and other resources, and turning them over to the NWO elites - just as surely as the British Empire did by using cruder methods.”

Arifu Gobakuwi is NOT Tobias the Truth Telling Troll, and he's not Arifu Gobakuwi either. He is a Nigerian scammer called Abegunde Ibukun Opeyemi, who has stolen the Troll's identity and everything else he ever had.

Opeyemi just followed his usual MO to take down the Troll. He lurked on mercopress for weeks, getting to know the posters, casting his net for the precise mixture of hubris and paranoia that puts food on the table for himself and his 27 wives in the Gulf.

It wasn't long before he hit on the Troll, and he knew he'd hit the jackpot.

In a carefully crafted email he told the Troll he was Mr Adebanjo A. Adefarakan, Chief Financial Officer of a shadowy patriotic organisation too secret to name, but known to outsiders as the Argentine Anglophobic Alliance.

As befits its purpose of destroying the British Empire, the AAA held substantial secret funds lodged in a supersaver interest bearing account at the Bank of England in Threadneedle Street, London. But enemies were closing in. An unholy alliance of MI6, the Special Branch, the CIA, the Illuminati, and the Association of Anglo-Saxon Argentinophobes were lurking already at the bus stop outside, and could seize the funds at any minute!

What was desperately needed was a true patriot, such as the Troll, to whom the funds could be transferred before all were lost. Could the Troll provide his name, address, and bank account number?

Well, the Troll didn't hesitate. Not only did he provide his name, address, and bank account number, he also provided his multifarious trolling identities all over the Internet. And once he'd looted the Troll's piggy bank, Opeyemi twisted the knife and began trolling as the King of the Trolls. That's how he's here now.

The real Troll survived on food parcels from the British Red Cross for a while, and has now found a job as a dishwasher/delivery boy in a pizzeria in Mendoza. He has changed his views, and now believes Italians responsible for all the world's ills.

Okay it's a joke, but probably not to far from the truth. embarrassing or what? fancy not being able to call at a port, because there may be a bailiff waiting to greet you. So “Hans Niesund” is non-other than an editor or some sort of crony running Mercopress. He finally decided that the truth was “too hard to bare”, and is now resorting to making martyrs out of Arifu_Gobakuwi and the (short lived) Elio_0j0s_Amarillos (he will return some day). Arifu was gunned down by Abeguned a.k.a Hans Niesund a.k.a Mecropress insider.

Of course in the meantime such affable characters like “Conqueror” are given a free pass. hahahaha, how predictably weak.

Of course then the mantra is “freedom of speech Argentina!”, when they don't practice it themselves!

Who are you kidding Hans aka Abegunde Ibukun aka Mercopress editor? Allow me to disabuse you from your flummoxed condition:

It was you posting as an impostor claiming to be the resurrected TTT (may the Annunaki guide him and reveal him to us as our lodestar), and then you yourself deleted the post, so that yo could now perform this supposedly extemporaneous yet artless “discombobulated” game.

Notice you did not simply remove the content (leaving the famous “comment removed by editor” tag), for added “consiparotial” effect. The posts themselves were obliterated... a coruscate indication since when we feign behavior we tend to exaggrerate it which dissembles our guile.
