South Georgia plans to expand Marine Protected Areas; could affect krill fishery
The government of South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, GSGSSI, announced a vast Marine Protected Areas around the Island in February and it is likely there is more protection to come that could affect krill fishing and long-lining, reports the September edition of the South Georgia newsletter. If that isn´t enough to make you realise, heres this. You lost a bloody war therefore, by INTERNATIONAL law, the Falklands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, belong to the victor(The UK) and not the bloody loser(Argy)

They all declare the existence of a sovereignty dispute including South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands and surrounding sea. Furthermore, the committee declares UN decolonization conflict as a whole by including them in their claims. Besides OAS, CELAC, UNASUR, MERCOSUR and other international organizations expressed their support for the claim clearly Argentino.

Moreover war does not give rights, as expressed by Carlos Saavedra Lamas Nobel Peace Prize 1936 for his role in resolving the conflict between Bolivia and Paraguay.
Also in the South Sandwich Islands Argentina was the base Corvette Uruguay, founded before the Falklands conflict and unjustly expelled by English colonialism and imperialism.
