    @1 it's actually funny, the same Labour who were in uproar over Cameron not signing up to the tobin tax earlier this year, are now more concerned about cheap tactics than their principles. The fact that parts of the Conservative party voted the way they did was no surprise at all.

    @1 All part of the master plan :-) Dave will now be able to tell the Euro-Muppets that he is very sorry but Parliament have tied his hands and they can't have any more money. Not his fault .... he would love to give them more but what can he do ....?
